*Attention Delivery customers *I had ordered Birthday flowers for my Granddaughters 7th birthday ? It was a special surprise After placing my order and paying for a special delivery with specific instructions..It turned into a awful experience with the lack of care from this florists!Not only did they deliver to the wrongPorch ..even after the specific instructions..The flowers were not even close to what I had ordered..I even called to confirm that she would love pink flowers ..??The arrangement was missing the ? I had paid for and the arrangement was not pinkAfter trying to contact the florists about the wrong delivery location and wrong arrangement colors they would not take any phone calls or make the arrangement that I had ordered and paid for.Smith florists was wonderful under the previous owner ..But, now under this management they just do not care about customer service or customer satisfactionLuckily, there are other florists in the area that did deliver the most beautiful pink arrangement to my Granddaughter..On her special birthday ? ??Customers beware and shop around ..especially for those special occasions.

I ordered pink flowers for my Granddaughters birthday and they never received them in a timely manner because they delivered them to the wrong porch even after my son gave very specific instructions on where to leave the delivery Plus,I paid for 2 balloons The arrangement came with no balloons? When contacting the store owner she would not answer the phone so I could ask if or when the flowers were delivered or where? Horrible customer service

Ordered flowers for my Granddaughters birthday. The flowers were delivered on the wrong porch and not even close to what I had ordered. The owner "Karen" has horrible customer service skills . You would be so much better off using the Blossom shop Heather is amazing friendly and so helpful

I ordered two floral arrangements for our daughter who is graduating from college - for one of the arrangements, I sent a reference photo. Smith's Floral rocked it! The arrangement they made was even nicer than the one in the photo. They're a class act! - Z.P.

Update: Thank you for your kind and thorough response. The incident took place about a year ago at your old location, and I debated for a long time about writing a review. My partner’s order was never completed, and I think the apology is more meaningful to him (no need for free flowers). <3 Thank you.The owner accused my partner of being a phone scammer due to his non-American accent. He was trying to order one flower arrangement. :( We understand phone scams are common and frustrating, but we continued to be treated poorly even after the mistake was respectfully made known in-person. I hope they were simply having a bad week and took it out on us. I usually only write positive reviews and debated about writing this review for a long time.

Called with a request of “sunflower and something happy”…and Smith’s knocked it out of the park! The arrangement was perfect and delivered in a timely manner right to the dorm. :-)

I chose Smith’s flowers to create by bridal bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding, and they greatly exceeded my expectations! I so appreciated their attention to detail and how perfectly they matched each piece they created to my wedding theme. I could not believe how beautiful everything looked once their centerpieces were placed on the tables - they really tied everything together perfectly! They were also great with communication throughout the whole process despite being in the middle of moving their shop to another location. I highly recommend them to anyone!
