I bought a water cooler for drinking water a year ago along with a water softener and carbon filter . The water cooler stopped working already, and basically, the response I got was that those really dont have a warranty for 300 bucks it's stopped working in a year, and nothing we never even turned the hot water on just used cold water now we just get roo. I love my soft water!! Thank you so much to Justin and crew! I did not realize how bad my water was until Justin analyzed it and made the corrections for me. His service is impeccable. He knew exactly what I needed and installed my softener for me. The old, broken one was hauled away and he left everything neat and tidy. My dishes are now glistening, my hair shines, and my skin is soft.

We have an old softener and it was there when we bought the place Had them check it out and they got it going for now Thanks for the repairman for doing that Being on a fixed income replacing it is expensive but we hope to find away to replace it Jim and Cherry lot 75

DO NOT make the same mistake I did. I thought I was hiring the professionals to install a water softener, but instead they hooked it up backwards - resulting in TOTAL LOSS of water pressure and an almost $1300 bill from the plumber.When I reached out to Dennis with my issue, he told me it wasn't the 1st time it had happened.When I asked him to reimburse me for JUST the plumbers work - he offered $585 - less than 1/2 of what I had to pay in order to Fix THEIR Mistake
