Showed up 2 minutes late to a movie and the front doors were locked and the Closed sign was up, when I called to ask why, they said they lock them as soon as the movie starts and wouldn't let us in, completely ridiculous

Watched the Bob Marley movie there yesterday, the reclining seats are very comfortable, the snack selections are broad and all around a good experience with this theater

Normally a good experience right until this short brown haired chick with glasses was working, I get it we all have hard days and I hope that's what she was going through otherwise her personality stank worse than the shit I took this morning, she was rude the moment we walked in clearly annoyed with our presence and then immediately bitched at my friend about her water bottle being in there, she could've totally just asked nicely but instead was on the verge of yelling at her for no reason? Still confused about that part. Then after she very rudely asked me for my ID (I look young that's cool) but once again was the way she asked for it? Her coworker jumped in and tried to save the conversation by being friendly but it was far from salvageable at that point not only was she rude but she apparently couldn't do basic subtraction to see I was 18! How funny is that. Anyways hope she sees this because it was genuinely one of the most combative rude customer service experiences I've ever had.

The seats are soooo comfortable. We were a little disappointed because the time of the movie starting had been changed since I had looked it up on the website the night before. We ended up missing all the ads in the beginning, but also about 10 minutes of the actual movie.
Make sure you check the website the day of the movie.........

First visit yesterday.
Excellent seating comfortable with recliner chairs and footrests. A way above expectations theater. Staff courteous and friendly. Popcorn was good and the refill was on the house.
Why bother with the big city… this venue is great!
