Justin Oik is Horrible with communication skills and Very unprofessional to deal with.If you want a home or land I advise you to find someone else to deal with. waiting on him you will Lose whatever property you're trying to get.

Michigan Whitetail Properties and their agent Trevor Morin sold my farm and I found them to be very thorough, polite and courteous. There were issues after the sale and even then they were there to resolve them quickly and professionally. I would use them again and recommend them often.

Talked to the area agent for are 40 acre farm said he was going to do some research and never heard from him again and I called him on the mailer that was sent to me. Oh well on to another agent. Terrible!

After traveling over 1.5 hours to look at a property listed by Jerry Slade, I was told i couldn't have access to certain areas of the property. When I called him out on this, he came at me like a bully in an unprofessional tone and used what I consider vulgar language. It appears to me Jerry Slade is a right fighter, even when he is wrong. In my opinion Jerry Slade is a Arrogant, Condescending, Pompous Bully and I wouldn't want him involved with selling my dog house, much less my home.

I worked with an excellent realtor. I believe one of the negative reviews is about my property and it contains incorrect information. I have worked with many realtors and have found very few as honest and hardworking as Brandon Podolak. He was very conscientious about doing everything by the book.. I would highly recommend him. It's sad that people are allowed to post reviews without their facts straight. I appreciate all you did for me. Thanks?Anne

SHADY, Unprofessional, & lack of ETHICS!! Do NOT work with Brandon Podolak. We wrote a solid offer on a property he had listed ABOVE asking price. Were told offer was going to be accepted, only to find out he took a Cash offer after ours with no buyers agent to ensure he got full commission. NO communication and no chance to counter. Do not waste your time working or looking at any of his listings.

I’m utterly shocked at the total lack of respect & professionalism these people offer. Lack of knowledge of areas in Michigan.And being told I don’t know what I’m talking about & I’m wrong over & over. But that was justified because “we have a 5 star rating with the BBB & We have been the number one company in Michigan in land sales for going on 25 years and we remain at the top yet today.” Hogwash.After attempting to purchase a home these people had listed & later pulling my offer due to the wildly disrespectful & unprofessionalism here. And upon reaching out to the owner of this company was quickly responded to via email from the owner of this company & then via phone by the owner of this company. Which left me absolutely flabbergasted & even more upset. I sat on this interaction for a while & decided it was best to share my experience.I urge everyone before purchasing a home or land from anyone, do your research. Know the county, the town, the property value, everything. In this case it didn’t matter because essentially I’m a woman who doesn’t know much & was told I was wrong several times.
