I would not recommend Southern Michigan RV for any motorhome repairs, waited 6 months for parts, then told it would be another 8 weeks, they would not listen to an alternative that would have taken 2 weeks. Very poor communication.

Good people that work there I believe but they either wrongly diagnosed my vehicle or attempted to scam me. They were adamant that I needed 4 new tires due to uneven wear; come to find out from another dealership nearby that all I needed was tire balancing and a slight alignment. Went from almost paying $1000 for not needed tires to only paying under $200. Moral of the story, always get a second opinion.

The service department went above and beyond. After being bumped multiple times at another dealership, I called Hillsdale GMC. They told me to bring it in right away but I was unable due to work, they said no worries come in tomorrow and we will get it checked out. Came in the next morning and my truck was in and out faster than I could finish my cup of coffee. Will be going back for service and purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I loved working with Hayden! He was very responsive and caring. He answered my questions quickly and completely. I had my new 2023 Sierra the next day. He was even gracious enough to work late and personally deliver my truck. He went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend Hayden more highly.
