Staff shuts the door in your face at 1pm to eat lunch. Heard of staggering breaks? We were in line for 15 min before that, rude unhelpful people. They told me they didn't have the prescription until mon. So I tried to leave but had to argue with the lady to get my insurance card back I came to kroger to buy some water and a prescription took me 45 min. To get told they don't have any of a very common med until mon.

Staff is terribly rude and a complete waste of time. Told me that my insurance company said I canceled my insurance so I would need to pay full price. Completely inaccurate information. Not just a one time experience; it's like this every time I went there.

The Kroger in Hillsdale, Michigan has acquired staff that don't know what customer service is. Firstly, the Customer Service Desk has a variety of women working which are either (1) Pleasant, smiling and helpful or (2) Rude with a look of anger. Nasty. I went to service counter to make a return. Pam and Amy were in the middle of conversation which was Pam chastising Amy for staffing decisions. This went on as I stood there. Amy didn't know what to do. Pam was raising her voice as she was questioning Amy on other decisions made. I asked for the help of a particular manager I had already spoken to. Pam refused, calling another manager. Pam and Amy continued to say that Kroger didn't carry the brand I was trying to return, although they did. The second manager handed me a $20 bill. I refused to take and settled at $5. Earlier Pam had given me a prepaid sticker for an alternative. I offered it back to her and she yanked it off my hand. In case you're wondering, I was returning sanitizing wipes that were moldy when opened. And for proof I took a picture of another pack of wipes I purchased in that Kroger, with a reduced price sticker that is Kroger's. I'd like a personal apology from Pam and Amy for calling me a liar and another from the second manager trying to bribe me, insinuating I was a liar.

Travelling thru Hillsdale and of a refill. Heather at the pharmacy went the extra mile to verify my prescription and make the refill happen. Extremely courteous and professional. Thank you.

Yesterday when I stopped by after my son's appointment after they sent his prescriptions through not only did they tell me they did not have anything they also where rude about it. The following day I called to see if they had them and when I called my prescription for my son I was told it would be ready in 30-45minutes. I not only called to let them now yes I am picking it up today but that I wanted all his prescriptions. (For some Reas the lady that answeres asked me if I wanted all of them) after an additional 30 minutes or so of waiting because I had to run to the doctors they still did not have all his prescriptions ready. Ive never had such a hard time getting his prescriptions in my life. The woman at drive through seems either new or doesn't understand how to do her job fully, she looked very confused and overwhelmed.

We were in town for a wedding and could not find the venue. We stopped at Kroger to pick up a card and showed the associate a photo of a bridge in the park we were looking for, and she was happy to direct us there. We really may have missed the wedding without her help. Very sweet girl and a HUGE help on something way outside of her general job description. (The girl working the customer service counter on 10/13 around 3pm).

Love this place. Both pharmacists with whom I have worked went out of their way to resolve issues with insurance approvals and to answer questions about new medicines for myself or my children. The technicians are friendly and prompt and conduct themselves with decorum and a professionalism often lacking elsewhere. Easy refill by phone. Easy pickup in store or drive thru window. This pharmacy's policies do not encourage sick employees to work anyway, unlike their large competitor in Jonesville who limits sick days in such a way that you are often served by ill or even contagious pharmacy personnel.

The pharmacy here is very poor in customer service. The first day getting my prescription was awesome. But what really matters is staying consistent on being good with customers! On Friday Jan 13 I had to have emergency surgery for my appendix. I was released the following day and had my script for pain meds filled at Kroger. I took 2 pills every 6 hours as prescribed by the dr and after 4 days I was out and got a new script from the doctor. There was a lady working in the ph

Thank you so much to today's Mgr. on duty Kate for her assistance and generosity and the cake decorator that worked her magic to produce the most delicious cake for our HHS Marching Band taco dinner. Your support of our school and band are much appreciated!
