Erin is incredibly accommodating and careful with her work. She truly cares about her customers, and has their best interest at heart. I am new to town, and came to her after having lost large amounts of hair because of COVID. She stayed after the salon normally closes to give me a hair cut so that I’d feel comfortable in a private setting, and cut and styled my hair in a way that made me comfortable enough to look myself in the mirror for the first time in weeks. Erin taught me which products to use to style it the same way at home, and she taught me what I can do to promote healthy growth from here on out. I am SO grateful to have gone to Identity Salon during such a vulnerable time in my life.Services: Keratin treatments
