I bought a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee, it’s the worst car I’ve ever owned. It spent 3 weeks getting “fixed “. The rear end supposedly was being fixed. After 3 weeks I got it. One week later it was back in the auto shop with the drive shaft and differential being fixed. It was there for 3 weeks. Then I had to pay for an engine mount. At least $2000.00 out of pocket. Still have rear end noise. The car was definitely not even looked at before it was put on the lot.It’s definitely a lemon.I’m retired and I honestly can’t afford repairs. It’s a nice car, just a lot of problems. Just found out the entire rear end has to be replaced, estimated $5000.00. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and probably only put maybe 500 miles on it. I was told it’s dangerous to drive. So it sits in my back parking lot. I don’t have the money to fix it. I’m paying for trash. I’m thinking of filing a lawsuit.

Don’t purchase from here. We should have paid more attention to the reviews. They’re all here for a reason. And knowing what I know now I definitely see why. We purchased a truck from here last year and much to our dismay have recently not only found out that we overpaid by THOUSANDS in regards to what the truck is and was at the time actually work but also have had to put over a thousand dollars worth of work into it now. I suggest carfax as well as Kelly blue book and any other means of researching how much a vehicle is worth. Don’t let any salesman rush you. If you don’t get it… it’s not FOR YOU. Simple as that. We saw the carfax and should have heeded the warning signs better. And another kicker is that the truck was on E as most are and I asked the salesman (whom I won’t name so as to give this business a chance to make it right) to fill the gas tank at least and he didn’t want to but hesitantly said he would and did not. LOL!! A tank of gas would have just been a drop in the bucket compared to the profit they made. How do people sleep knowing people have to take huge massive loans out to acquire something and then have the audacity to pile more on just to make money? Praying for the next people that they may have a better experience and not be scammed. ???

Polite people didnt post obvious pictures like a crack in the windshield and wasnt told until i said something but besides that bought a van was good but just spent over 700 bucks on repair for transmission and a/c repair within a month they acted up and they said we didnt do nothing

They were honest and did not tie me up for a long period of time. Friendly yet professional. I bought the car I traveled 2 1/2 hours for this car. The details the agent gave on the phone were correct in every way. I was happy they took my information on the phone. Saved time when I arrived.

Asked to speak with a manager, dude on the phone says "Whats his name?" and I wasnt sure so he proceeded to say "If you dont know his name then you dont get to talk to them" and hung up. Terrible customer service

Had a great experience with one of the sales guys, Ridge. I came across a truck they had for sale online, I called and Ridge answered. He listened to me, let me talk and had no issues sending me all the extra pictures I asked since I am 2 hours away. We did the majority of the deal over the phone, and when U arrived he had the truck already fully cleaned and details and in their garage ready for me to look it over. Everything checked out and I bought the truck and Ridge handled all the paperwork etc and had my plate mailed to me that next week. Great experience, thank you Ridge!

I would never do business with this company again. I bought a car years ago from them, it started acting up. I was working for the hawkins gas station at the time, and I needed my car looked at. But they did not have time to look at it. I mentioned to the mechanic that I would never by another car from them. The next morning I was getting ready for work when his son who was the manager called me and said I need you to bring me the key, after you talked bad about dad's dealership he said i have to fire you.Wrongful termination all the way.I still remember how hard I worked for them and never have forgot getting fired for saying I would never buy another car from them.Maybe Don should have talked to me

Got what I wanted finally, for a reasonable price. They were honest with me and willing to deal with me on my terms which after having 3 different vehicles from a different dealership in town I had been feeling like I wasn't valued at all. I asked the Buick dealership to find me a good (affordable) used car all the way back in September and they called me back MONTHS later to tell me that they had something they wanted me to look at, but refused to tell me what kind of car it was and how much. When I explained that I was not going to pay $25,000 for a used car, and wanted what I wanted, they stopped calling me. I went to Hawkins, found what I wanted on the lot at a price I could afford, and drove away in it THAT day. Buick dealership lost my business simply because they were just too lazy to care and do the work.

MY TRUCK RUSTED OUT LESS THAT A YEAR AFTER BUYING IT... And needed new brakes. New muffler. New tires. Told me you bought a used truck what do you expect! Also there car "WARRANTY" affiliate has called me every other day for the past 9 months! I ask to be taken off there call list and they hang up on me. Its all a big scam. Update: if you are not affiliated with any car warranty company why did you have me sit down with a another person from your company I believe it was the owner's granddaughter and give me a whole spiel about a car warranty? Pushed it several times as a matter of fact. A week later I started getting car warranty messages I have never received in my life before.... Also you should see my truck now only a few years later and mi running boards have fallen right off. My truck looks like Swiss cheese.
