My mom just recently bought a car there. I kept telling her to go elsewhere and I was so right. The car she bought NEVER got detailed than she didn't even have it 3 days and noticed the tail lights where not working, called them said oh bring it in we got this! Then a week later gets a call from the office saying she has a 200 ish bill... really! If she would have known this she would have taken it elsewhere or done it herself like she had to with the detail job! Soo not impressed . oh and the lady in service is NOT very friendly at all. She has been rude to her on several occasions!

The people at Frank Beck are personable and I do enjoy dealing with them. Their service during the week is great. Some salesman do need to be more respectful during conversations, but overall, the company has been fun to work with.
The reason for my 3/5 stars:
Happy that they have Saturday hours, however, the service on Saturday is subpar. I asked and paid for a tire rotation, and did not get a tire rotation. The only reason I know that is because I have a distinct orange mark on just one of my tires that will not come off and it was still on the rear passenger side just as it was when I took it in to be serviced.
The next time I took it in on a Saturday, made an appointment specifically to get the intermittent problem I'm having with some errors coming up on my dashboard when I drive it more than 20min. I did make sure I told the service department that it happens when I drive for more than 20 minutes so, it will have to be driven. That's what the appointment was set up for, when I got there they said "well, there are no lights on now and we don't have someone that can drive it on Saturday's." That irritated me, only because they should have told me they cannot do that on the weekends.

I had a spring broke in my suspension. I had purchased an extended warranty from the old Buick dealership. I wasn't sure how the warranty worked and I was going out of town. Mike Moyer got a hold of the old Buick dealership to find out the details and was able to file a claim on my behalf. Plus, during the repair, the mechanic found a screw in my tire and fixed it. I was so thrilled to get the help to get all this fixed. Thank you!

Just got my car today . Found the Corvette I have been looking for and called and talked to CAM .. He’s a young guy who went above and beyond for me . Being a past business owner and in sales I have seen lots of the younger generation with no work ethic . I live 400 miles away so it was lots of calls and texts and CAM was there promptly EVERY time !! The dealership did everything they promised. They were going to ship the car . When the original transport fell through their other salesman CHRIS and his wife drove it on a trailer from Michigan to my home in Wisconsin! Talk about exceptional customer service !! Both of them were fantastic. I’m a very hard person when it comes to customer service but this was a excellent experience.. Thank you Cam and Chris !! Mike in Wisconsin

I had to wait extra time for my repair; apparently the part wasn't immediately available. However, the extra time wasn't a problem for me. so it wasn't a big deal. I was also given a 10% discount in price, which I appreciated.
