Scott Phillips did a very professional job pricing our home for the market and making suggestions in preparing it for showing.He remained very active in screening bids from potential buyers and negotiating the final sale agreement. After the sale, he worked on our behalf in communicating with the buyer's agent and finance company to keep the process moving.I would definitely recommend Denny Groves and Associates to anyone who is considering using a real estate company to sell their house.
