I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anybody. They helped me out three times as I was in a bind when other places were outrageous with their prices. They did excellent work on two vehicles for me at very affordable prices. I will continue to bring my business to them as long as they are open! Thank you very much Big Country's LLC!!

They tried to tell me I needed my engine needed to be replaced. I went to another shop and they said the engine itself was fine and I just had an oil leak, so they replaced where it was leaking and I was good to go. So what was that engine business all about? Also, the lady who answes phones was very rude

Well this is the third time using the sorry mechanic. 2 out of the 3 times they broke things that didn't need replaced and I was left responsible to pay for parts and labor. I would recommend staying away from this 2 bit mechanic.Sir, you were paid to replace an alternator that failed. The mirror was hit that night as we set in the car awaiting a tow. I'm not sure how you care for an alternator that's a year old. The simple fact is that you garage probably has one decent mechanic and a shop full of guys breaking people's things. Obviously by my review warning people away there's no need to ask me not to come back you will never see another penny of mine, and hopefully wheen people read through all of your review they will see the same recurring issues and take thier buisness to a real shop.

I TALKED TO THE OWNER.. THERE WAS MUCH CONFUSION AND MISCOMMUNICATION. THIS IS BEING CORRECTED. THANK YOU BIG COUNTRY FOR TURNING AROUND MY OPINION!!!!Had to give one star for review to appear. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I was quoted a few months back at $275/280 for a tune-up. A little high, but Glory to God has a longish wait list. After work was done they are charging me $700+ for a simple tune-up. I could have did, but it was a gift so I took it to them. Now I am out a vehicle until I come up w/that outrageous price. I will never be back, and I will continually tell everyone I know DO NOT GO THERE!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
