After hitting another deer, I called many places for help and Auto Image was one of the few to return my call. They were able to fix it faster than the other place so I put my faith in their ability. I am glad I did. The quality of the work was outstanding, couldn't ask for better. They even suggested I replace my other headlight to make it match as mine were cloudy. So glad I took their advice on this too. I highly recommend this business, very friendly and professional.

Our vehicle was too tall to fit in their paint both, but they took time to look at the damage and give me advice on the best way to repair it while answering a bunch of other questions I had. I greatly appreciated getting another opinion even if I couldn't get an official estimate or have them do the work. Friendly, thorough, and helpful. I'll be back if the smaller car needs work :)

A great family run business in Hillsdale, MI. The owner was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a small amount of rust on my back two wheel wells. The shop presented me with a couple of options to help the problem. I chose a low cost fix which resolved the rust on one side and made the rust unremarkable on the other.Service: Body & Trim

Called for service for a semi lock out I Waited 2 hours and never showed up. Apparently they came to the location and sat for 30 mins. I was outside the whole time waiting in 50 degree weather. This is at 11 pm. They never called to verify the location.

Hung up on me when I tried to get a tow
Edit- not only did they finally tow me they did it free of charge there tow guy was professional and gentle with my car these guys are grate if you ever need a tow there better then Jimmy by far

I dealt with Mike. The body work was done exceptionally well! Very satisfied with his work. I had some issues with my insurance company and adjuster, but Mike answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely do business with them again, and I highly recommend them. Definitely hard to find businesses that make your experience personal, and they did a great job! Thanks again!
