The AT&T people are always nice. The last visit, the girl was young and inclined to not listen or to take the time to find the correct answer to the question being asked. We've all been young once but she, Jalynn (not sure) will learn, I hope. When calling the store the next day to find out the answers not given the day before, the man answering was quite huffy and offended that anyone had this opinion. Nothing new in the world today but very annoying when nice, polite, going the extra mile is so refreshing.

Melissa at the AT&T store in Hillsdale would not help me told me I could not get a phone for my father in the hospital 81 years old need the phone broke his back she told me that I could not get a phone for him a replacement phone I told her that I want to cancel his service she said I needed a power of attorney and to take it to Jackson the funny thing is I called the 800 number for AT&T and got a phone for him sent and it will be here in 4 days thanks Melissa

By far the worst experience ever. The employees are completely lost at trying to do their jobs and the manager is even worse. And she doesn't know how to talk to people. If I was the owner of this store I would be firing everyone and hiring a completely new staff. I would not recommend this store to anyone.Your better off going on line to AT&T or calling customer service.I have never had this much trouble getting phones going.

I had returned a cell phone and was having issues with a bill. The employee was very busy but still spent the time needed with each customer and was able to clear up my account.

We came in yesterday looking to upgrade our phones. The women working did not introduce herself, seemed frustrated we even walked in the store, wasn’t helpful. Came back today hoping to catch someone else but she was working again and was even worse than yesterday. Acted like we were an inconvenience to her. We have never had this problem before and we’ve been going through them for years. Everyone that we have delt with up to this point has always been super helpful.

Awesome experience at ATT in Hillsdale! Came in worried about getting internet access into our middle of nowhere home and left happy after Melissa’ help! She is not only very knowledgeable, but personable and very caring! Thank you for your huge help!

I was locked out of my google account and it said I had 4 days before my account is deleted. I worked on it for hours and couldn't figure it out. Melissa spent hours and finally fixed my phone. I am so grateful for her!

Not the best service but OK. Just don't give them your debit card number. When I signed up for auto pay they activated a extra line for someone, wasn't me. My bad, didn't catch it for a couple months. Went to the store where I ordered my service and they said they couldn't help me. Called ATT directly and they didn't want to stop charging me. After 20 min and finally getting a supervisor in the financial Dept. the charges were stopped. I asked exactly what the phone number was and they refused to tell me. Then I reported the theft to my local sheriff who had to get a court order to get the number. By then all records of that number were gone. Wonder why. ATT then lied to my bank and said I ordered it. My word against theirs. Guess who won. If you can stay away from ATT please do.
