Tyson is available to help and encourages you to make progress but gives you "space" to do your own thing. Always friendly and works well with all ages

It's a smaller gym that gets busy in the evenings.That being said, it's always clean and well maintained. Good mix of equipment for being a smaller gym. Tyson is also super friendly, and does a great job running it.

Tyson is amazing. The people that are patrons are also nice.
