Pharmacy is horrible. It's gone unchanged for years. Unfriendly pharmacy workers. Tell you false information about scrip fill times. Could go on and on.

I’m so tired of this pharmacy. Been waiting on a simple eye drop script to be filled and it’s been 4.5 hours already!!! They told me it would only take an hour. I’m never giving this pharmacy business again.

I wish I could rate this place lower. We had some prescriptions sent here from our regular pharmacy because it's closing. I've gone once and was told they didn't have it and then was told they can fill it and have it ready for the next day. The next day I went in they told me they lost it and it would take 10 minutes. I walked out after waiting 45. The whole time I sat there all I heard was mistakes being made and them having issues. Complete joke. If you rely on life saving medications please don't go here they obviously dont know what they're doing.

I used to enjoy going to this location when I was younger, renting a movie on redbox and grabbing some snacks for a movie night with my family, I’d stopped in a couple times for some stuff I needed here and there these last few years and had no problems. However, after my last encounter here, it feels like a completely different place in my eyes. The employee that rang me up was incredibly rude and only wanted to rush me through my transaction (I was the only person in line), and spoke so quickly I couldn’t hear what she’d said, then raised her voice at me in a not so nice tone when she had to repeat herself one more time when I didn’t understand her. It made me feel like I had to apologize for the situation. I completely understand having a bad day, or needing a break especially after a long day of working, but a little patience and kindness would have been appreciated and maybe not making it look like you absolutely dread your job and the customers there. it made me feel extremely unwelcome not just as a person but as their customer. It drove me away for good, which upsets me because I truly did enjoy this location at one point.

I have used this Walgreens Pharmacy for 4.5 years. If I could rate them a negative star review I would.
Example I take a regular lifesaving medication, every time I try to renew the prescription there is an issue. They state I have to obtain prior authorization. Since I have obtained prior authorization, and I have not invented time travel to jump into the future, I know this to be a fat out lie by the pharmacy.
2 months ago they tried to bill my old insurance and then informed me that I was not covered for my prescription.
Today I found out that they were supposed to give me a 3 month supply and I only received a 1 month supply and they closed my prescription. I cannot simply get my medication and move on, but I have to wait on a Walgreens resolution center to decide if they can fill the remainder of the script because of their error. Lead time? 7-10 days.
The turn over at this location is high. The staff is unfriendly and do not take the time to help. They would rather lie to you and improperly fill prescriptions. If you have an alternative, look for another pharmacy. I have. I will no longer be a Walgreens customer.

Beware! This Walgreens location are price gouging all their products. For example, Listerine they are asking over $10.00 everywhere else they are much cheaper. I wouldn't be surprised if other items are as well.

I am going down and quitting my prescription I have had since 2009 when my sister got murdered.. and my doctor has made it VERY specific which I appreciate. (Very specific medication that you can not go without).This male pharmacist (not the female) has made me go days without my medication that could have given me seizures and even killed me.He’s very aggressive and he’s not the type of pharmacist you need. Stay FAR away! If it was just the woman I would say it was a great pharmacy! He needs to find a new job being so nervous ..he puts you at grave risk over his strange “control problem”He says it’s “federal rules” but I’ve learned that was a bunch of bullcrap.. we are moving asap

On Thursday at 5pm pharmacy told me they were still trying to fill prescriptions from Tuesday. They didn’t know when they’d be able to fill mine (sent by Dr at 1pm Thursday). Meijer tried to call them to transfer prescription to them but Walgreen Pharmacy didn’t answer their call after waiting 15 minutes & said this happens all the time.My husband and I got vaccines at this Walmart & they kept us waiting 30 minutes even tough we had an appointment. When documenting these vaccinations they did not include the vaccine lot expiration date.Will never use this pharmacy again.
