I had an oil change/tire rotation. The next day I looked in my junk email and there were recommendations that needed to be done. Nobody said anything to me while I was there. All of it could have been done that day, but because nobody said anything to me . I now have to take another day of my time to have things done to my truck. This is unacceptable. I have had many bad experiences with Nissan service departments in Florida and hoped it would be different here. So far it has not.Update:Since I wrote this review Paul has contacted me and is working on making it right. They have acknowledged that I should have notified while I was there. I am very pleased with the response and attempt to make it right. Everyone has bad days , it’s how you respond that makes the difference. So far I am happy with how they have responded.

My mother and I are looking for an SUV and decided to stop into look at Nissans in the showroom at Tony Serra in Highland.The first thing we noticed was a painting of Donald Trump prominently displayed in a glass office right in the showroom. In the painted portrait Trump is drinking booze out of a decanter with other presidents (Lincoln, Regan, Roosevelt (maybe?)…)I’m politically moderate (hate crazy on both sides), and my mother who is ready to buy a new vehicle, is more left leaning than I am.The moment she saw the portrait she wanted to walk out because it was so odd and polarizing. I’m sure the Trump portrait sells vehicles to many folks in Highland, but there are a lot more folks who’d rather the business keep their views to themselves. If I wanted to sell vehicles without turning most people off, I’d take it down to keep politics out of the professional workplace so folks won’t want to walk out before even looking at a car.I gave two stars because I’ve dealt with salesman at this Nissan location in the past, and the gentleman was professional although I didn’t buy anything there because I didn’t like the Rogues they wanted to sell.Don’t let politics ruin a sale, fellas! Just some feedback. If we want a Nissan we’ll go elsewhere where politics are more private in the company.-PS last I checked Trump doesn’t even drink alcohol.

My service advisor, Jamie was extremely pleasant to work with! He had my company vehicle fixed/taken care of quickly and was thorough in telling me the details of the repair order with reasonable estimates. I will not hesitate to come back here again for personal or business needs! Will recommend this dealership to my friends and family if/when they have a Nissan! Thank you!

Had a phenomenal experience buying a used car from Andrew and Tony Serra Nissan. Buying a used car is always tough and a risk, but Andrew and Bobbie went above and beyond and are clearly dedicated to a quality experience and reasonable prices for both the vehicle and the changes we requested. Even with an older car with higher mileage, they were able to secure financing. I was looking for a while and used cars always seem to have things to address, but with Andrew and team, my questions were more than answered, they used their vast experience/network to provide solutions and were a true one-stop shop. They had everything I could ask for (list of mechanic’s inspection, recent maintenance, recommended maintenance, car fax, etc.). They took care of changes and maintenance I wanted quickly and at very competitive prices. In the end, it’s all about being able to trust people I do business with - I trust these guys.

I stopped by to see a vehicle that was listed online. The vehicle was in their service bay and unavailable. I spoke to the salesman about my specific needs and unfortunately they didn’t have anything else on the lot to show me. They were great about keeping in contact to let me know when the vehicle would be available. When it was available, the vehicle was not as described in the online ad and did not meet my specifications. Instead, they showed me a vehicle out of my price range. After some discussion with my husband regarding the vehicle, the salesman asked me to come and speak with his manager who “had some ideas” for me to listen to. The managers idea was to try to upswell me into a vehicle $4000 more than my budget.All in all everyone was pleasant, but I was left feeling a little hesitant with the upsell tactic.Edit: The vehicle was not pictured in the ad when I came in. I hadn’t been looking for 3 mos. The hitch was NOT a deal breaker but a bonus and I found my “unicorn” elsewhere without your “education”.

Finance department is shady, finance outside the dealership!!! Don’t be fooled by Cal acting nice and understanding, they use every excuse to get you to finance through them because they get paid commission. As a former bank employee, there is also no regulations to stop them from raising the interest rate so they can make more of a profit. Luckily I got my pre approval through Lake Trust because they tried to raise my interest rate when we closed through them (I got a letter from lake trust stating the dealership messed up the rate).My sales person was Holden, it took a few months to get the car, updates were never given without me having to contact him. I felt like a pain in his side rather than him being happy to communicate with me.

I knew going in that I was not in a position to negotiate. I had 13yr old car with a broken window, $6000 debt(on the car) and not much of a down payment.But, they went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I walked away with the vehicle I desperately needed, a van I intend to convert to live in and the lease was expiring the same month.Even with all the negatives I had, including a less then perfect credit rating. They made it happen. So, my sincere thanks to Tony Serra and his entire crew.Al Borges USMC.

Jami and Tony were down to earth and direct with no pushy salesperson attitude. They were genuinely interested in helping me and listened to my needs.
