Scheduled online through the website for an appointment and received email confirmation. They never showed up or called for the appointment. I then reached out with a phone call and also messaged them with no answer. Not reliable or professional.

I have used Sweetwater Electric extensively for the past few years. They have done small repairs and larger installations (16 K generator). They are very reasonable and do great work. Had excellent experience from start to installation of Generac generator. Very smooth process. Derek and his folks did superb job for natural gas line connection and installing (Flip switch panel) electrical connection. They are very professional from start to finish. He said his company will complete the registration process for generator warranty. Great company. I would highly recommend them.

Sweetwater Electric installed my Generac whole house generator. Part way through the installation, we discovered a problem with the landscaping and placement of the generator. Sweetwater was patient while we worked out the issue and resumed work the day after the landscaper left. Alan and Thomas worked well together as a team and finished the installation without a problem.I would highly recommend them for your Generac, or general electrical, work. They are conscientious, hardworking, amenable and clean up after the job is complete. What more could you ask for?Services: Ground wire installation

That major thunderstorm on August 24 '23 knocked out not only the power but fried the electrical connection in my Generac. I called and was able to have the unit back up and running the very same day! What a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company
