This location severely overprices merchandise compared to other locations. All locations have gotten bad but this one specifically is horrid and employees are not nice. Which I don't get because it is HIGHLAND MI... not like it's a nice area. They cling to a few name brands and mark the crap out of them or are super inconsistent with pricing for similar items. Your pricing team needs to get it together. I've seen Lululemon and Athleta items marked completely different price points for similar items. Not sure how a charity based company gets off price gauging and if they are going to... BE CONSISTENT. I donated something there that I thrifted elsewhere for $6 and saw it priced here a few days later for $25 (see below). I picked up a gold frame and was appalled to see it priced for $29 with DEAD BUGS behind the glass. Never donating or shopping here again... it's gross that a company does this and that employees don't feel ashamed working for them with these systems in place.

The young man who attended the drive through donation was extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciate how nice he was. It’s so hard to find these days.

Clothing prices are insane. The highest I’ve seen at any thrift store in metro Detroit and I’ve been to most of them. You can’t expect folks to pay $10-$20 for a dress that they can’t even try on.The store is CHOCK full of stuff and you can’t navigate with a cart. Lower your prices so stuff actually sells and people can get through the store.

Nice little Salvation Army Center. Lots of parking, a little tricky to see from M59, but easy enough to get in and out, nice selection and good prices

Prices are outrageous. 1.99 for a canning jar, 14.99 for a basket with a busted out bottom, pie pans for 10.99.... they had an annoying lady named Mary who was busy helping out the other cashier with only one customer in her line while people were waiting at hers. The lady can't read a room...

I've always preferred this location over the others, but today I had an amazing experience with the cashier Elizabeth! She was so sweet and made my day! Absolutely amazing experience!

It’s a decent sized store with lots of clothes and friendly staff but the big turn off for me now is no dressing rooms and a too short time window to return things. On top of that, you only have X amount of days to use the store credit issued with returns. I’ve been burned several times now. I don’t buy pants or shorts there any more because of this.

The manager I believe his name is Levin is soooo helpful and seems to be there when you need him. The cashiers are also very helpful and knowledgeable. Good place to shop

Can't figure out why the staff that works here are always so unfriendly. Other nearby locations Brighton/White Lake are much more friendlier.

I get during covid they had the fitting rooms closed understandably but now things are getting a little ridiculous when you can't even go into the store and try on the clothes two pairs of pants I picked up the other day said they were the size I normally wear and we're too tight the other two were too big and I really did not want to take them back to have store credit to try all over again will never use them I'll go out to White lake they have fitting rooms you can use

Used to love this store but since they downsized and got rid of fitting rooms it seams like there's not as much. And like everywhere else prices are higher.....but this week I did manage to find a few things!

I wouldn't reccomend this drop off. Items were taken from my car. Told them not to touch anything not in bags. Lost my expensive workout clothes and my kids swim suits, which were on a seat and seperate from what was going. When I spoke to the manager, he had a list of things "accidentally" taken. White lake drop off 10x smoother/reliable.
