The drop off and payment system is very good. The venting features included were very good. But there were 2 small holes (pea sized) on top that were problems. They did offer to come to the boat to patch up the holes

This is the first time shrink wrapping our patio furniture, and Oakland made it an extremely easy process.I cannot recommend them enough, and we will be using them for the future!

They wrapped the boat, but it started snowing so they couldn't shrink it. They said they would come back, but so far haven't. I emailed them to ask when they would be back, but only sent me an invoice and a link to review their service.Service: General installation

I never thought I'd ever have a boat of my own, but I was able to buy mine in the fall of 2023. She's a 1980 Rinkerbuilt Regent runabout, and she's in immaculate condition. As I want to keep her that way, I looked for a place that would not only winterize and shrinkwrap, but be willing to work on a classic boat. Oakland Shrinkwrap and Winterization was (and is) such a place! They're honest, reputable, and fairly priced. They also offer winter storage, which is nice. Eric and his guys are the best. It’s a pain scheduling time at our boat launch, so when the company I originally hired to store our boat for the winter didn’t show up on time the last week the launch was open, I canceled and called Eric. He said he’d schedule a time at the launch and pick up our boat from our house since we were leaving town for the weekend. He was great at communicating and all went smoothly.
