The drop off and payment system is very good. The venting features included were very good. But there were 2 small holes (pea sized) on top that were problems. They did offer to come to the boat to patch up the holes

This is the first time shrink wrapping our patio furniture, and Oakland made it an extremely easy process.I cannot recommend them enough, and we will be using them for the future!

They wrapped the boat, but it started snowing so they couldn't shrink it. They said they would come back, but so far haven't. I emailed them to ask when they would be back, but only sent me an invoice and a link to review their service.Service: General installation
