Can’t say that buying a car was ever a good experience, but This was! Our sales person , Michelle was kind no pressure and really wanted to help! Manager, Brad couldn’t have been more helpful , engaged , and made this experience seamless. This was even a Saturday! I’m visiting from Florida and had an issue with my Acadia. I had plans to leave the next day.
LaFontaine service dept promised to do everything possible to get me on my way. They diagnosed my problem, and had the the vehicle back to me in 4 hours.
I’ve never had a service department as responsive as LaFontaine. The check in was seamless. The people were friendly and responsive. I was even sent a video update from the technician.
Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

Grace McBride, service advisor took care of our 2023 Enclave Navigation issues with the service techs. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1 hour! The issues were resolved!!! We had been to another dealer, they had to keep car for 24 hours and they never looked at the car. We just picked up and that's when I called LaFontaine and talked to Grace. Thanks for the timely resolution.

Literally the easiest & most convenient purchase I've ever made.... regardless of product. I can't believe how fast & practical everything was. I very much impressed by the process & how streamlined it was. I was able to do everything while never leaving my desk at work or missing any work in general. I'll only shop at LaFontaine going forward & send everyone I know to them. They absolutely know how to take care of their customers. I love my new GMC!

My experience with LaFontaine Highland is ALWAYS perfect; sometimes more expensive then I'd like but that's not on you as Kevin Bright always makes sure I get coupons or best prices possible. I also know that my car will be serviced great as Frank Massaria does excellent work, I have never been dissatified or disappointed. Your shuttle service is always friendly and available which I appreciate greatly as well. Thanks for having great employees. Still feel same 2024.

I purchased a Cadillac CT5-V and opted for the ceramic coating service, which I was excited about. Unfortunately, the coating was applied incorrectly, leaving my car with unsightly streaks that resemble zebra stripes.
A certified detailing shop confirmed the improper application. So, I contacted both the salesperson and the Service Manager about the issue. I e-mailed & mailed them pictures and documentation, but I never reached a solution.
‼️I want to warn others to be cautious about opting for extra services like this. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and resolution for a problem I believe should have been addressed.‼️
