Ugh we took our journey in last Thursday before the holiday which I understand is a busy time but they had our vehicle all the way until Wednesday with no call…… then when my husband calls they tell him oh the car is been done. We didn’t find anything wrong with it. And proceeded to rush us to pick up the car before 6 o’clock I would not recommend their service Department. It truly sucks.

DO NOT GO TO THIS Dealership for anything no leases, no sales ESPECIALLY WITH NICK THE SALESMAN he blatantly lied to me on my 2023 Chevy blazer telling me it had certain options and then when I got the truck it didn't have the options plus it took seven months to get my chips for my heated seats in my supposedly steering wheel that never was on the truck I even went to General Motors VP customer service department and complained and Nick blatantly lied to them and lied to me and to his manager about what the transaction was so do not use this dealership for anything, especially Nick in sales. He's a blatant crook and a thief and should be fired. Do not buy anything from this dealership.

I bought a truck from Feldman Chevy in highland, through Shane, a sales rep. He guaranteed us that their used vehicles where of good quality and that all their vehicles meet a 750 point safety inspection and that I would be able to trade the vehicle in with no problems if we had any complaint regarding said vehicle. Day one, driving home we realized right side blinkers didn't work at all, obviously didn't meet any safety inspection. A week later the engine light came on. 1000$ later and it was "fixed" for about a day, engine light came back on. While inspecting the vehicle our selves we noticed the bumper was held on with zip ties. so, with everything,we decided we wanted to trade it for another truck like we were originally assured we could do with no problems-second lie. After the fact we were told we would have to pay our way out to trade the original truck for another one, contrary to what we were told upon purchase. We were also told we could not purchase an after market warranty when we originally purchased our truck due to the miles/ age of the vehicle, but in the process of trying to exchange out truck he had asked why we didn't ask him for a warranty, contradiction what he had originally said. All of this in under 30 days. Save yourself and go somewhere else if you want a vehicle.

Feldman Chevrolet of Highland Nov 29, 2022 Attempting to pay off a lease vehicle, this dealership and Eric Swiden in particular tried to add $2000 in "processing" and "doc" fees to my buyout amount. Folks, all you owe is the buyout amount and the sales tax on that. I called GM financing and since I had the money in my checking account, I was able to pay it off right online, no extra fees at all. What REALLY chaps my xxx is that I gave Eric the opportunity to not only complete the sale on the lease vehicle, but lease me an additional vehicle and he blew that too. So long Feldman, NEVER again.

I would love to give a big shout out to and in no particular order at Feldman Chevrolet of Highland, Mi: www.feldmanchevyofhighland.com Eric Swiden- Sales Associate Jeremey Pastori - Used Car Manager Jason Bellant - General Manager My wife and I were at this place of business trying to get a new vehicle, first Mr. Swiden was nice enough to talk to my wife and I like we were d*** females and needed to be man-splained to and treated like we didn't know what we really wanted in a vehicle and what we had asked for was just too much for us little women to handle, for some reason we continued to try to work with him and when my wife went out to OUR vehicle to make a personal phone call, Mr. Swiden thought it was an excellent idea to circle the vehicle like a vulture circling its prey and then without permission opening the car door and forcing himself into the vehicle and proceeding to take over the phone call. Not only did you confuse the heck out of the company my wife was talking to, but you also triggered her PTSD and sent her into a major anxiety attack. After we had decided enough was enough and we needed to take our business elsewhere my wife informed me of what you did Mr. Swiden so I approached Jermey Pastori to place a complaint, which in turn he tried to inform this little lady that they do not do those sorts of things and I just misunderstood what had happened. Well, this little lady went home and proceeded to have to pry open the bathroom door, because my wife was trying to overdose thanks to you triggering her Mr. Swiden. You see she is a victim of rape and domestic violence, not that you cared. You were just trying to make commission off a sale that was never going to happen. You know because we're d*** women. The next morning in hopes of trying to make sure this never happened to another female shopper I contacted Jason Bellant the general manager explaining to him what had happened and you know what he did, pulled the old boys club trick, saying oh he was so sorry blah blah blah and he was going to talk to the other two about what had happened and that that should not be done like that, but that Mr. Swiden had every right to get in OUR vehicle, ya know for appraisal information, mind you I had gotten the keys back from them after they finished the appraisal and before my wife went to make the personal call, so how does he still have the right to barge into our vehicle like that and take over the call she was making. Someone tell me how he had that right? Because once I got the keys back to OUR vehicle that should have taken away any right he had to barge into our vehicle without permission. He did not need to see what the odometer said or any of the other B.S. the general manager tried to use as an excuse as to why Mr. Swiden had the absolute right to barge and force himself into our vehicle without even pausing to try to get permission. Thankfully, I got to my wife in time and prevented a heartbreaking disaster. So my request to everyone out there to please NOT go to this dealership, especially if you are a woman and God forbid you sit alone in your car alone for a phone call, because the big man will get in without permission and take over your phone call because you don't know how to ask questions or even the right questions, etc. and when you go to tell the higher ups they will rally and act like they did nothing wrong and that they are oh so sorry you or your partner tried to kill themselves because of what "allegedly" happened (with a tone that sounds and feels like tough luck isn't their problem) Their company is not worth this much trauma when one is simply trying to upgrade their vehicle. There are so many better places to go. Please stay safe ladies and stay away from Feldman Chevrolet of Highland, Mi

Went to get oil changed today on my blazer and was surprised to see David Gammouh. If you've leased/purchased a vehicle from Feldman and don't know David (service advisor in the service area), then you are missing out on the best customer service ever. We missed david at the Novi location and decided to start going to Highland location as it was more convenient for us. So so glad he decided to come back to Feldman and go to Highland! He always takes care of us, is honest, kind, quick and helpful in every aspect. He thoroughly checks recalls, deals and so on. Such an asset to the Feldman team!!

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I had the worst experience and I am still paying for it. I bought a chevy traverse and the extended warranty from Feldmans of highland. I drove it for ONE WEEK. It then broke down while I was driving it in Detroit. I took it in and they had it in the shop for another week "fixing" it. I then drove it for less than 6 months and it broke down again. This time they said it needed a whole new engine because there was metal shavings in the oil. They told me that they were having someone from the extended warranty company come to check it out. I then get a call saying that Feldmans was not going to pay for the repairs because the oil wasn't changed, basically saying it was my fault. I had the records of the oil change that was done when I bought the vehicle and the record of the oil change I got a few months later. They still refused to pay for the repairs. I am now down almost $14,000 from this car/warranty and had to buy another vehicle. The worst part is I still get emails from them asking how my chevy traverse is and if I love it, even though i have repeatedly asked them to not email me. Worst place ever!!!

I've been working with Richie, and he is by far the worst salesperson I've ever worked with. I've been shopping around for an SUV at different dealers, and every dealer I've talked to had no issue giving me a quote via email. However, at Feldman Chevrolet, I was told I had to come in and put $1000 down on a vehicle, and have my credit report ran before they'd tell me the price of a vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous. They won't tell their customers what the price of a vehicle is?? The salesman is more concerned about my age, and the fact that I'm a first time car buyer, than finding me the vehicle I'm looking for. Every time I spoke on the phone with Richie, he was rude and condescending towards me. He told me that if I came into the store, he wouldn't let me leave without buying a car from him. I have a lifetime of car buying ahead of me, and I can honestly say, I will never buy from here.

Came in to purchase a new 2022 Tahoe. Had been there 2 days prior and discussed that we will also be using the GM discount, in which our salesman acknowledged, saying that yes the discount on the new Tahoe "will be a nice one". Fast forward to the 2nd visit... Jeremy came back from talking to the manager and stated that they aren't taking the GM discount on Tahoes or Suburbans right now... made it sound like it is GM making this decision. I get home, talk to my brother in law who works for GM, then went on the gmfamilyfirst.com website only to find out that the Tahoe IS on the list of ELIGIBLE vehicles for the discount. That's OK. They just lost customers. I've bought 2 brand new Blazers and a Silverado in the last 2 years. I guess they don't need customers that bad. Thumbs down!!! I'll stay with Vic Canever, my hometown dealership and wait 6 months for one I just ordered (and am getting the discount on) for which the manager at Feldman told the salesman to tell me "more power to her". BTW I will be telling my "GM" family not to shop here.

**Beware*** this dealership is unethical! Went to buy my lease out. Sales guy Mike and manager of the dealership told me GM financial has a "new" $750 fee along with $224 closing paper work (LIES) Basically adding on 3k in BS fees. Called GM and they have NEVER heard of this program. The only extra i should be paying is $24 in paperwork fees and taxes. So GM asked for the dealers info is to investigate this matter. Ultimately this dealer is taking money from customers and pocketing it for themselves! They also gave different stories to myself and my spouse. Told him that I didn't need money at the buyout and told me i had to put money out of pocket to buy my car. Mike the sales guy denied all of it and even talking to my husband but too bad for him i have a screenshot of his text thread along with his business card that he sent a picture of. He tried to blame another Feldman dealership. Now unless there are 2 guys with the same exact first and last name? If I could give them a negative rating I would! I know it's hard to find a car right now but hell would have to freeze over before I ever did business with them again!!!! Shame on Feldman of highland. They say they are #1 The only #1 they get is for WORST dealership in Michigan! I am in the process of filing a complaint

I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. It took over three weeks and four trips to service my 2018 Chevy Trax.Took my vehicle in on 3/14 when the check engine light came on. Got it back 3/16, check engine light comes back on before getting home. Take it back on 3/17 and pick it up that day. STARTS TO LEAK OIL which was not occuring before. I head back to the dealership 3/28. They admitted to not addressing a TSB RECALL the first two visits. I get called and told it'll be ready 3/30. I get there to be told it is in fact not ready. It finally becomes available for pick up on 4/4, which I did not receive a receipt explaining what work was performed.I left a bad review and recieved a call from Seth, who has been assisting me. Due to his professionalism I decided to remove the review. However, upon receiving spam mail via Feldmen and Sirius XM, I decided the review was needed. The front desk receptionist was unprofessional multiple visits and the service manager, Glen, was of no help. I will not return here for service, but I'll always have the oil stain in my driveway to remember my time here.

Very disappointed in the lack of business respect. My son purchased his first car here and although we specifically stated he did not want any extra warranty beyond the certified Chevrolet warranty, the finance guy sold it anyway without him understanding. Our salesman was very helpful and did a wonderful job. The finance portion of this business is a crap show. Many "dealer fees" with no substance that we didn't catch until later. Still haven't received the paint pen that was promised AFTER the car was supposedly clear coated. Poor integrity as a whole. I hope our salesman looks for a more respectable dealership to work for.

The salesman Jake C I worked with here was really good. He made the process easy, and didn’t try and sell me on things I didn’t want. Highly recommend.
