It seems like they did a good job with my car windshield but the technician was rude, came much later than when I was told, and didn't call before coming. I thought it would be convenient for someone to come to the house but it was just more trouble than it was worth.

Fast!! I called around and got the best quote and soonest appointment time. The Glass Doctor is a LOCAL shop willing to talk about the process. I left the keys and payment in car, a great job was done while I was away. The work area outside was left clean. TGD worked with my insurance and everything is back to normal. Will call again and recommend to anyone needing glass work.

Wonderful experience! Made everything so easy. Replaced fixed panel on sliding patio door. Easy to schedule. Came on time. Install went smoothly. Cleaned up: sparkly! Good value. Easy to pay. Installers are nice and knowledgeable. Answered questions. Will call again. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Glass Doctor of Highland that i thought worth sharing. It took a little over a week for the glass to come in. I was able to schedule the installation the following week. They arrived on time to the scheduled appointment and they even called to say they were on thier way. Once they arrived, both of them took their shoes off immediately which I greatly appreciated and they did this every time they went in and out of the house to get the glass pieces. They were professional. efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing and the whole job was over in less than an hour to replace 2 galss doorwalls and a window. They took care to clean up afterwards as well. I would highly recommend this company. They do great work! Thank you.

Had two broken windows, one was straightforward, the other one much more difficult. Julie in the office and Ken the tech were exceptional. Very prompt, very professional, attention to detail was top notch. I certainly am not hoping for any more broken windows but if i do, they will be my first and only call.

Glass Doctor Highland Mi. experts, Cody and Ken of did an excellent job replacing my shattered door wall glass. They were very professional and helpful. Cody and Ken went the "extra mile" by installing the new wood molding on the new door wall glass and 2 side door walls. They called prior to their arrival and were done with the installation in about 10 minutes. Great service and I would highly recommend this company and their great employees!

Called them on a Friday made an appointment for the next Tuesday unfortunately they did bring the wrong windshield but that was our bad as to not letting them know of special features that our windshield does but were able to come back on Thursday and replaced my cracked windshield. They did a great job it's beautiful. Definitely would recommend to all. Also a bonus that they came to us.
