If you need glass work done, don't go anywhere else. The manager Julie was very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. I was under a timeline involving the sale of my home, and Glass Doctor was able to assist and help me meet my deadline. The installers were professional and friendly. The glass was crystal clear, and looks excellent after installation. Thanks Again !!

Had to replace my windshield this past week, and I had the good folks at Glass Doctor handle it. They were right on time with the appointment, and it was finished exactly when they promised it would be. A couple days later I had some questions regarding lane departure and cruise control and they handled them completely to my satisfaction. I have used their location in Livonia in the past, and these guys are right up there with their Livonia counterparts. I highly recommend them.

This is the best location if you use glass doctor services. The biggest thing for me is customer service and I’ve never had such a great experience with them beside the Livonia location where i was treated completely different for a mistake they made. I put my trust in the Highland location because they defend their customer first other then defending the technicians work.

The Glass Doctor is a great company to work with. I needed to have three large mirrors replaced. The salesman arrived right on time, the order was placed and received within the timeframe specified, and the installers did a great job. The office staff was also very good and took care of business. I will definitely use The Glass Doctor again when needed.

1/31/24We were scheduled to get our windshield replaced 10 days ago. We have since been pushed back 3 seperate days. 2 of the days due to rain or snow (which one day it was not even raining). The other push back was due to them not bringing the correct tools to replace the windshield. I received another call today to push us back again due to rain. There is a 1% chance of rain the remainder of the day. We've been paying 40$ a day for a rental, meanwhile this company continues to push us back day after day. Safelight would have had this job done last week and saved us 200$.
UPDATE 2/1/24: Glass doctor called today and told me that they couldnt replace the windshield because of the manufacture plastic spoiler on the top was getting in the way. Was told I have to take my car with no windshield to a repair shop to get the spoiler removed and then they could replace it. Wish they wouldve told me this the second time they went out and forgot the correct tools. Forget it, never again with these guys.
