I had been to two other car repair businesses who were unable to diagnose and or fix the issue I had with my exhaust. Joe figured it out right away and had it all fixed in a matter of just a couple days. Price was also reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will go back in the future.

We saw Jeep online and called Brian. He was very nice and upfront. We talked about price and what the Jeep had for options. We drove 2 1/2 hours to find the Jeep in the condition he explained. The purchase was flawless Brian did the plate transfer and all the Secretary of State paperwork right on site. It was a one stop shop. We received the paperwork in the mail in 3 days. I would recommend Colonial Motors North to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I live down the road from Brian's little lot. I was initially looking for a sedan, but I drove by this Jeep Patriot for about a week before I stopped to look at it. it was super clean, and at the right price point. I test drove it and a couple days later I drove it home.I asked Brian what the story was with the Jeep and he gave me nothing but the honest truth. I've worked a lot of jobs, and some in sales. I didn't get the "greedy salesman" vibe not one time with him. He had a lot of work done to the jeep, and it was ready for a new owner.About three weeks after I bought it, I had a hesitation issue that felt like a misfire and the car actually died at idle on me a few times. I checked the code and it needed a crankshaft position sensor. I was hesitant to give Brian any trouble about it, I knew there was no way he could have known it needed this repair. But I gave him a call because he was actually the only person I knew with a lift.We worked out a time to get the Jeep in the bay and see if we could just swap out the cheap little sensor. I was out of town, so after a 2.5hr drive across the state, we met at his shop at 6:30pm on a SUNDAY. He pulled it in and went elbows deep in a piping hot engine, determined to take care of the issue.Now he could have told me that he's not responsible for the repair, or that he couldn't do it and I would have understood. Some dealers are just like that. He did the exact opposite though. He took the time to make sure I didn't have any problems with my car. I am nothing short of impressed by his standard of good business.I mean.... Heck, man. In the end I truly feel as though he didn't just "get" my business. He earned it, even after the transaction. Thanks again, Brian!

Terrible first time with this dealer-- sold a complete lemon. Check engine light came on the day after purchase, and found out there was a major problem with the engine a week later. Brian was nice enough at first (when purchasing, of course), but it became a pain to get him even to acknowledge the issue. Ultimately there was no resolution. If you're thinking about buying from here, make sure you do your research and inspect the car, or go somewhere else if you put a premium on integrity.

I recently drove 40 plus miles to look at a truck at Colonial Motors. I can honestly say that I have never seen a used vehicle in such pristine shape at a reasonable price, nor have I been more impressed with any car salesman -- no hype or pressure and he answered all my questions. I absolutely would consider driving the distance again.

Highly recommend Brian. Honest, genuine, and very down to earth. Extremely helpful and a great person.
