“This O'Reilly's has employee's that care. The best. The other night i got a hole in my radiator hose. It was right around there closing time but I needed that part to get back on the road. The Asst. Manager Gary I believe his name is went over and beyond to help me out. The kid that was working along side him you could tell was trained well as he to asked me if I needed help. Before he locked the door for the night he made sure I had everything I needed to get back up and running. Couldn't thank those guys enough. Then about a week ago I can't recall the gentleman's name but he has red hair and glasses. I needed an alternator. At most other auto parts places they throw the box on the counter and ring you up and you leave sometimes to find the part isn't what you needed or isn't the right fit. Not at this O'Reilly's the guy opened the box to double check make sure I was getting the right part. Which again shows they take pride in getting the customer the right part the first time. I will go here first from now on. They all deserve a raise.”
“I had rust coming through my hood. The guys ordered me a new factory hood painted that it's perfect, buffed and polished my black Nissan, It's like new again.”
“Went to get oil changed today on my blazer and was surprised to see David Gammouh. If you've leased/purchased a vehicle from Feldman and don't know David (service advisor in the service area), then you are missing out on the best customer service ever. We missed david at the Novi location and decided to start going to Highland location as it was more convenient for us. So so glad he decided to come back to Feldman and go to Highland! He always takes care of us, is honest, kind, quick and helpful in every aspect. He thoroughly checks recalls, deals and so on. Such an asset to the Feldman team!!”
