They were patient, helpful, and went above and beyond. Same service I remember from 10 years ago.
Monday July 8, 2024 9:30 am.
I walked in with a package to ship. I didn't have a box, tape or anything except a shipping label QR code. There was 1 person at the window and 2 working in the back. They got me a box and everything I needed with no attitude.
Since I was unprepared, I had to get in line 3 different times. Still went fast and smooth. However, there were some impatient customers who had attitudes.

Very bad service, they should hire people who are more empathetic with the public, that's why they are paid to help people, not to treat them however they want. If they don't like dealing with the public, they should look for another job.

I can’t imagine having a customer service job and being rude. Couldn’t see her name tag (figures) but the one with the locked hair need to look in the mirror. Ain’t that pretty to have an attitude like that.

This is by FAR THE WORST POST OFFICE TO GO TO. Mind you when a customer asks you for a service. You do it because that’s why YOUR EMPLOYED there. To GET PAID. Can’t just chose what service YOU get to provide THEE CUSTOMERS. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. No Manners. Whatsoever. PLEASE GO TO THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR YOUR MAIL/PACKAGES. NO STARS SHOULD BE THE OPTIONAL.

If you’re going to close before 5 maybe post those actual hours , not all of us have day availability to mail things. Locking the door in one’s face early and saying sorry isn’t the helpful. Usually services are pretty standard

Been calling all morning. No answer. I have an address that is correct (verified), but USPS click-and-ship won't accept it... and I'd like to speak with a person to figure things out. Frustrating!
