I found the service team to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my business account that was corrected. They have it all, good service, good product & location. I not only highly recommend SW paint but this specific site if your close to the Historic Boston Edison area.Word of caution… when leaving (only exit available) drive very slow through the crater potholes in the exit alley!

Visited the store yesterday to come up with a wall color to complement a wood paneled family room under renovation. The store manager, Toya, was fantastic! She took the time to understand what the project was, where the home was located (she asked if the home was in a historic district, which it is) and suggested paint colors that would work well in the home.Great customer service; I have asked my contractor to purchase my paint from this store only! Great experience at this store; will be back!

Excellent staff and products. Every staff member to include security greeted me. Whoever the store manager is did an excellent job training them. They seem to go above and beyond with their customer service.
