My mom was in their today for a standard synthetic oil change. The sign says $49.99 but she was told it would be $80 because the oil price went up. She agreed to the $80 then once they got started, they told her it would be $100 because she had sludge in the engine and needed a flush. She drives her car everyday and gets the oil changed on time regularly on a 2019 car. The total process only took ten minutes, start to finish, a flush should take much more time. We believe she was scammed and I would avoid this place at all cost. It's a bait and switch scam.

Didn't say anything about extra oil charge.. didn't get to keep the extra oil that was paid for 5.4 is the capacity.... said they can't give a price over the phone but said 65 starting out. Save your money and go somewhere else where you can feel appreciated for spending your money. No business should say they can't price a service simple service at that over the phone. When I go across 8mile they will tell me how much it is out the door the owner needs to step his business practices up

Went in for my second oil change there with a new used car I bought. The first time I was not leaking oil, and the second time I was is what the service agent told me. I just said ok. Few days go by I start seeing oil spots. I had to keep putting oil in it. So I looked for myself and my oil sensor switch was untightend on purpose. I bought a new one and went to put it on to find out it was untightend but I replaced it and now my engine is knocking because of what they did. I won't be going back and I hope everyone else do not support this business. That's bad for business man. My car was fine before I took it to them.

Terrible. I’ve been getting scammed by the same person for 2 years changing me $80+ for high mileage full synthetic and I’ve been two two different service stations since I last came to this location in November and I’m only being changed $50 plus tax. Was I being overcharged because I’m a woman? Aggressively tried to sell me services while instilling fears that were unrelated issues or troubles for my vehicle
