Dishonest company constantly lying about delivery times, I’ve dealt with multiple issues including receiving my orders after my cut off time the next day The truck will come and not have 4-5 products that they will cross off the receipt. Hard to keep full inventory with a dishonest company

They straight up don’t care about their customers. Their delivery drivers are lazy and will pull up, see the lights are off and drive away, even though we have people there who will come to accept the delivery. Their customer service team won’t do anything to fix the situation and their supervisors are pretty much useless. This is the problem with these companies being protected by the MLCC. All I know is if I don’t get my next order, I’m filing a complaint with the state of Michigan.

I wouldn't attempt a turnaround from the narrow outside street near the very receiving gate, at the entrance shown in the search. Truck Entrance Gate is locked before and after receiving hours.0700 am appt. Docked on-time; unloaded about 23thou in under one hour. Thank you GLW&S!

I'm not a big fan of their Dock/Gate situation... but they take care of you fairly quick when you're delivering product to them.

company driver parks in no load zone blocking private driveway access. When asked politely to start using the store parking lot zone, driver responded "F*** Off, call the police. Real classy employee's this place hires. I will never again purchase Tito's spirit products and have contacted the distillery directly to inform them of the distributors actions that they hire.

They just don't care! Call'm and wait on them, they disappoint, and act like you are a criminal for calling in. There's nothing great about Great Lakes Wine & Spirits. Prove me wrong.

Operation was inefficient and everything is like a after thought on the wine side. Management has never done the job they are supervising. Your pay as a cdl driver is based on how many pieces or cases you deliver. Pay is extremely low for the industry which is part of why they have a hard time keeping drivers. And they dont really pay overtime they have some crazy formula they use to calculate overtime but over time is basically half of your calculated hourly wage not time and a half but half time. Management wastes alot of dot time having drivers wait for a route or do things to make people with easier jobs job even more easy. Management is so inefficient they all work 7days a week. Their international trucks are terrible to ride in. Only allowed one 2wheel dolly when delivering.

The poor lack up upper management in this establishment is almost unbelievable. The supervisors are overworked with no compensation (financially or pto) and the lack of staff makes it almost impossible to take a day off. The interior of the building itself is not maintained properly, allowing the machinery to break down consistently, adding hours on to each evening's shift. Breathing is also an issue due to the mold growing in the bathrooms that seem to be quietly overlooked by the owners. Conveniently, they also overlook Covid protocol and disinfection procedures with no touch points being wiped between shifts. Trying to grow within the company is an impossible task. All upper management share the same race/nationality and have hired the unexperienced instead of knowledgeable in-house staff. This establishment is full of false hopes and dead end promises.
