Tried to help this guy out & give his number out to my customers!!! BAD IDEAD! He called me back harassing me asking how I know about his store & why am I giving out his store info. I was totally confused, I would think they wanted new business but apparently not. Don’t go there. The guy from the store was crazy & I will NEVER send anyone to shop there again. Shop anywhere but there!

I recently purchased a water heater from Fred and Son Appliances, and I must say their customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked into their store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a warm welcome. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about their products.What impressed me the most was their timely response to my inquiries. They promptly returned my calls and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I also appreciated the fact that they offered great prices on their water heaters without compromising on quality.Overall my experience with Fred and Son Appliances was excellent. The combination of their friendly professional service, timely response, and great prices made my shopping experience a breeze. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a water heater and I will definitely shop there again.

Would give no stars if I could. Bought a hot water tank had a plumber come out and change all the lines in my basement and install the tankGuess what. It didn't light. Took over a week to get in touch with someone and they promised to come out the next day. No show. And now they not answering the phone. Terrible
