Khary Fanning, was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and effective with explaining the trade in/roll over process. He gave a detailed overview of my new vehicle & made sure that I was comfortable before leaving. I’ll be referring all of my friends and family to Khary for all of there car needs.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this exhausted dealing with a company EVER in my life. It has been months (literally) of trying to get my truck running properly. To sum it up it took 3 months to book a diagnostic appointment, another 2 months to receive parts for my vehicle, finally got the parts (one was a new radio that had an electrical issue) and now I make it back home to realize the radio installed in my 2018 Jeep Compass is a radio for a 300c so some of the features for my vehicle don’t work now i.e (seat heat adjustments (my seat is hot and I can’t cut it off because I don’t have that adjustment on my radio anymore), back up camera, Uconnect). Why would you do that? Smh. And it’s frustrating dealing with the service department because ALL (I do mean all) of their attitudes are terrible. How do you have an attitude with a customer because you are behaving unprofessional ? I can’t afford to keep taking my truck to the dealership for days when they also don’t even have a loaner to give me. I’m losing so much money dealing with this company. At this point I feel like I need to just take my concerns to the general manager. My facility actually had the honor of meeting with the VP of Stellantis. He will be returning soon so maybe I need to go and address my concerns with him.

Worst experience ever. I took my car there in July of 2019. I just got it back Dec of 2021. Lots of unanswered calls and texts. All for a Radiator that was on backorder that my Car Shield paid for(thats another story). I was again waiting for an update when I get a call to tell me they were going to junk my vehicle for abandonment, yet I was still waiting to be told the new Radiator was finally in ( which according to the service Rep in May of 2021 it still wasn't) The Service manager I finally spoke with was RUDE and had no CUSTOMER SERVICE skills I'd never recommend getting Service there.

Thank you Louay!! What a great experience! My fiancé and I were greeted with warm hearts, and treated like family. Wherever Louay is at, that’s where I’ll get my next cars from. No bs, no running around, just a Smooth transaction. Very grateful

The sales department is great Terry did an excellent job with my purchase of the car.However the service department is very behind and does not have proper customer service. They don’t know what is going on and don’t check their work and don’t provide customers with proper information.My car has been in their shop for 10days and all they say is we are testing this and that. The department needs pro mechanics that know how to do work on new cars. I am so annoyed that they also gave us an awful loaner that has no breaks and was out of gas. Someone has to address this instead of shafting customers.

Terrible service! They’ve had my car for 3 weeks for “a 12 hour job”. They do not care if we are regular people with regular families and regular jobs. I’ve spent over $2500 on a rental and getting charged DAILY rates because Olivia and her crew cannot be honest about a pick up date or even have the decency to call my phone and tell me that the car won’t be ready like they claim it will be EVERY DAY.

The team at this dealership was AMAZING. This was hands-down the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. I’ve owned 10+ vehicles in my lifetime & this experience was by far the best. Salesman Big Lou, manager Mike, & assistant Fae all showed above & beyond professionalism as well as hospitality. I’m done with other dealerships. These guys are pros.

The service center is friendly, but that is about it. They charged me a diagnostic fee and said they would investigate the problem as well as perform a basic check of tires and brakes. None of this was done and they hung up on me when I called to inquire.I dropped my car off on Wednesday, they said they were busy and would not get to it until Monday which was completely fine. I informed them m battery would not charge, but I just put in a new alternator, battery, spark plugs, and cables. I asked if they could check for a short or tell me if it was the ECM. After a week, they called and said it would be $800 for the alternator that was just replaced. I declined service and got my car back to find out I had a low tire indicator, meaning they did nothing with my car.$128 to check my battery voltage. Highway robbery.

Had an amazing experience getting my car from here. I saw Ray, and he is seriously the best!! Answered all my questions, very honest, knowledgeable and kind. He kept in touch and followed up after I got my car to make sure it met my expectations. I highly recommend anyone to go see Ray, you won’t regret it!

A month ago I brought my car in to get some brake work done. They called me to tell me that I need engine mounts too. Told them to do the work 3 weeks later get my car back then the next day I bring it back to them because I still hear the grinding sound and service dude tells me that I need back brakes kept it for two days and I still hear the grinding sound so I took it somewhere else and they told me my brakes are defective go back to the dealership and they said because I took it somewhere I can't get a refund..

They set up the appt to get me in when it was convenient for me. They did take care of a couple issues I was having but try as they might, couldn't duplicate the intermittent carwash incident but will keep it in my records for future reference. The service manager, Matt, kept me posted on the status of my service regularly.
