I’m not sure how my business account left the review on Safari, because I only make reviews from my personal Google Maps account on the app for credibility reasons. So, I’ll make another one.
Glows: -Risa and the other workers were kind and sociable.
-I received what I went there for.
Grows: - Risa did not explain anything to me, although I told her it was my first time coming there, and did not know their process or interest rates. She just asked if I brought my documents, and kept saying that all of the information I was trying to read before signing would be given to me.
-She kept rushing me to click the gray box to sign, although I said twice that I’m not signing anything that have not read. Especially since nothing was explained.
-After I said that I would create my own login credentials for the online account, Risa insisted that she had to do it. I allowed her to do so from my phone. Unfortunately, the two different passwords she wrote down and gave to me for the account she created does not work, as I am trying to access it from home right now. Nor am I receiving the SMS texts or voice call codes to reset the password. Honestly, that’s sketchy.
