I was looking for a shop to take my car to. I happened to find this place while searching Google. It had great reviews so I decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner took me and showed me everything he was doing and checking on my car. He was able to diagnose what 2 other mechanics couldn't figure out. My car was running great and was done the same day. I highly recommend bringing your car here. Fast and friendly service!

Hands down the best mechanic shop in the area. I’m constantly running into issues with my Ford Focus (obviously), and will take it here every time in the future. Was actually taken into the bay and shown around the car and had issues pointed out with no BS and fair prices. Wasn’t being upsold at every turn either. Honest, quick, and fairly priced. Two thumbs up.

I had been having problems with my car for at least 8 months but I was in a financial bind and wasn't able to get repairs. Until my engine light came on and I had to bite the bullet and find me a auto repair shop.
I went with the most popular suggestion and it was Western Auto.
And after leaving there I can indeed say why it's the most popular.
Great people. Great service.
Immediately wanted to help. Fred is a real down to earth understanding thorough man. He's very knowledgeable. He also looks for the best options for you. His assistant Dey is a great mechanic.
I really give this place 5 stars and I definitely recommend for amazing service.

Quality service, they really investigate the problem and find a long-term solution, not just a quick fix. I had taken my car in for service to three different auto shops around town and they all said "it's fine, your sensors just broken." Fred really dug into the problem, figured out what was going on, and fixed it for good. I thought the price was reasonable too, they're not trying to cheat you out of money, just get you on your way.

Great service! Very kind and honest people. Came in same day with no appointment, and they were able to look at my car right away. They showed me on the car everything that was wrong with my brakes and flex pipe. They gave me a very reasonable and fair price and had the work completed the same day. Car sounds good as new. Will definitely use them again for any car troubles. Highly recommend western auto service!

Came in as a walk-in first time customer today with my buick lacrosse 2006 misfiring. Frank was able to diagnose my car's issue in a matter of minutes and fix it within a few hours. Offered to drive me back to my house while my car was getting fixed. Also gave me a new client discount. Very happy with the quick turnaround and pricing with fast and accurate diagnostics. Friendly service. Would highly recommend.
