No issues with this location. I live between this one and the one on Livernois. Go to this location instead! Way faster service and the employees at this location are way nicer too.

I'm only giving two stars because they have been nice when I've called, otherwise it would be only one. I've only lived in this city two years and have had a ridiculous amount of difficulty trying to get my mail picked up. Then I put my mail in a collection box and they're apparently not picking it up when they're supposed to and it made my water bill late.

My daughter came down from MSU for a scheduled passport appointment. When she got there she was told that her appointment was canceled due to staffing issues and phone calls went out. She provided two phone numbers when making the appointment and neither number was called.

Made a passport appointment and when I arrived told me they “called to cancel” but had no message or voicemail regarding it. Really really disappointing.

Made an appointment for applying for my passport. Get to my appointment and was rudely told they weren’t doing passports because nobody showed up and they called everyone, was never called.

Terrible ! The site says they do walk-ins I walk in and am told to make an appointment! I make the appointment return the next day and it’s another excuse! If you would hire people that want to work you wouldn’t have rude and lazy individuals at the front counter !!!!!
