The alternator died approximately two weeks after I bought the vehicle. Jason, the owner of. Sterling, Tire and Auto, replaced the alternator, free of charg, despite being under no obligation to do so. At and told me that he was doing that simply because it was the right thing to do. “I took my vehicle there to get service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. my vehicle will not start I had a mechanic look at it who couldn't get it started and several AAA staff as well. By 12:00 p.m. I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. I was completely shy because numerous people couldn't figure out the issue but they did. “10 out of 3 stars waiting 3 hours for troys to pick custom harley up off davidson n Monica.. told not a priority after being told 90 minutes tops just to b told they do impound n I'm not important.. lavish said 45 min were there in 30 half the price of troys .. friendly careful with bike and even waiting after I took wrong turn no extra charge ... there who u call for help ..m troys a bunch of a holes”

“I came here at 4pm on a Wednesday in hopes of getting an oil change and a few other things looked at. It was hands down the best experience at an auto shop that I've had in Detroit. Their prices were more than fair, and they worked on my car same day. I told them I didn't have enough money for a diagnostic that day, but they worked with me and found time to help me on my limited budget. “Had used auto trans repaired. The idea of trans repair was my a first for me and uncertain of where to go since many trans shops have poor reputations. This one came with great BBB rating as well as overall reviews that were outstanding. Down side is that trans repair IS costly. But if I have no further issues then the outlay is worth it.
