Great business but THE HOURS OF OPERATIONS should be extended. The hours are hard to work with when some people work 9-5 jobs and there's no weekend hours Monday through Friday. I wish they had extended hours. Overall I love the business and the staff is always nice and helpful.

The best dropoff point for Amazon returns if you live in Hazel Park. Quick, easy...and a lot closer than any UPS store.

Crysta helped me the other day and I had a great experience. I had a large shipment that was very pricey but she offered solutions to help get the package to a size that would offer morw affordable pricing for a friend I was sending yarn to. She was helpful and not rude or acting like I was a bother even though I felt like one with such a large shipment. Very good service. Worth it to support a smaller local store.

If you're in Hazel Park, or nearby, and have something that needs to go back to Amazon, this ATS shop is so much more convenient than having to drive miles to the UPS Customer Center in Madison Hts. Drop-offs take just about 30 seconds...and usually within an hour or less, Amazon drops me an email confirming my refund.
