Terrible. Went in today because I had water damage and needed to purchase a new phone. The lady grilled me with security questions asking me what month I bought my phone 5 years ago!, then asked me did I remember what the weather was like! I gave her enough info plus my passcode and she was still unwilling to help me. She told me that if I bought a new phone I would not be able to transfer my number for 3 months. I finally asked so if my screen is blank and I cannot answer your ridiculous security questions even if I gave you my security code how will I get a phone? She said she had no clue. So needless to say I had to run to another Metro on my lunchbreak and had zero issues bought a phone and was on my way with excellent customer service!! Maybe she should find something else to do

Told me my phone bill was raised to $45. They meant $50, my phone shut off when it was 15 below and I needed directions. Def canceling service today.

Every time I end up with problems with service or problems with my phone. I drive out of my way to go to this store, they always fix any problems or issues I am having and turn a dissatisfied customer that is ready to charge service provider into a happy customer.

This is the only metro by tmobile store i go to! Mike the manager helped me out with getting set up with my new phone. He transferred all my data for me. the new team here is great & i will definitely be returning for any of my future needs.
