This store was dirty, shopping carts everywhere outside, none inside. The produce was rotten. The shelves all but empty. I never go to Kroger and this is why....not well managed. It's too bad because it's a great location. Please do better

the worst kroger ever it is so small and only the self checkout is open that causes the lines to be all the way down the aisles. go to the one in oak park off greenfield

Okay I was there yesterday and was rudely treated I had a thing of ice cream and the lid was cracked she hands me my receipt after my things are bagged up so I have to walk back through the store with the cart and stuff bagged up in my cart and get the ice cream why why didn't she go get it, plus I understand she was working alone so she threw my stuff like all in the cart through my pop and everything the pop hangs on the side of the cart very rude? ( shame)

July 3, 2024 3 to 4 AM. Tried to place an order said the order was placed and they would send me an email that didn’t happen. Tried to add to the order that a separate order for one item tried to call Kroger. They don’t understand what I’m saying, I don’t know if I placed an order. They asked me if I wanna place an order. I asked to speak to the manager they say you want to speak to the manager and then I get nothing. This is the worst website I’ve come across in a while, so I guess I’ll go to Myers because Kroger’s doesn’t answer messages or orders .

Never any carts, always smells like it has been moped with tuna water or a fish, or the place will just smell like musty or like something has gone bad and the service is poor and the place should be bulldozed and turned into something else that doesn't pollute the city.

Customer service is great! There were some issues with my order but they took care of it very quickly with the utmost help and great attitude. Thank you to the manager that was their June 1st 2024 at 4:15 p.m.

I continue to go here because it is right around the corner, but the produce always looks gross, the store is messy, there is never any lanes open, carts are usually not put away and brought in so you have to hunt one down, and since I don’t eat meat, my veggie alternatives are usually never available here.
Staff is friendly when I talk to them, however, they all look miserable… like they hate their job.
If you have the time and patience, go to a different location!
