I didn’t even want to give 1 Star based on the fact my mother passed away last Wednesday June 5th. I had an appointment with V Saturday June 8th at 10am. I was making arrangements for my mother’s Home going since she passed that Wednesday. When I realized I had an appointment with V Saturday morning I called her to inform her that I could not make it due to the passing of mother. She told me that it was very last minute. I did tell her I apologize, but due to the circumstances it slipped my mind. I called today to schedule an appointment and she refused to book me saying due to my last canceled appointment. I then reminded her that the reason I cancel it was due to my mother’s death and I was making funeral arrangements. She still refused to book me. She is very insensitive and I told her that. I would have been willing to pay her for that canceled appointments if that’s what she was expecting, but she never even gave me that option. Yes all this is true. Refused to book me because I canceled due to my mothers death. I’m leaving this review because I feel like people should know what an insensitive person V is! Such a terrible reason to refuse an appointment to someone that just lost their mother.

I would give zero stars if possible. I got my nails done by an older gentleman, he was very nice...but his work is sub par. his hands are shaking the whole time, which I understand is not his fault, but my nails are atrocious. (Table 4) They are different lengths...there are air bubbles that keep coming to the surface, the nails now look and feel pitted. they are lumpy, crooked, with thick, goopy looking nail polish that looks like it was done by someone with shaky hands. I went back to have them fixed and they told me to wait and the guy that did them would fix them. are you kidding me!?!! These nails look horrible, I start a new job tomorrow. I sat for 30 minites waiting to talk to someone...that original guy literally just took a different customer back and I'm going to have to wait another hour. The person that told me I had to wait for him also took another customer back and left me sitting. Run don't walk to a different nail salon. You won't regret it. I paid $53 plus tip for the worst nails I have ever had. I'm embarrassed for people to see my nails. I walked out and didn't let the original guy fix them...this place is a joke and has horrible customer service.

Awesome place, friendly artists, relaxing environment. Tai is amazing, I work with my hands and struggled for years to keep my nails looking decent and not chipped. Since Tai has been painting my nails, they've barely chipped and have been growing nicely and look sooo pretty ! (Natural nails)

Someone referred me to V earlier this year and I immediately made her my nail tech moving forward! I'm a flight attendant and got my nails done by her on September 21st, left on the 30th and didn't get back until Halloween.... All 10 nails in tact, barely any wear and only one slightly lifted in 6 weeks. She is efficient with time, knows what she's doing and so pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend! Also, I could have gone elsewhere, yes but I trust V's work so I chose to wait. Also also, I'm a Bills fan and that works perfectly in line with my airline's uniform so you'll notice a theme.... Go Bills! :)

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was nice and the nail tech took his time with my pedicure. I was nervous about coming here, but when I came in they made me feel comfortable and I’m so grateful for that. They don’t bother you they just do their job and I love that!!! Oh yeah, and I LOVE my toe nails! Completely satisfied with my experience and services! I will definitely return?Services: Foot massages
