I called up to the car wash last week and spoke to the owner. I asked how much it would be to get my gmc terrain detailed. He said well how dirty is it, I explained it’s mostly just dirt hit it hasn’t had a car wash in over a year and that the mats did need to be shampooed. He said okay $35 and we will do it for you, when you come in just tell them you spoke to the owner.
I just went up there to see how long it would take so that I could have someone pick me up and bring me back and the gentleman that was working called the owner and said no that’s not what I said I told her it’s $30 for the full service wash. Which does not include the carpets being washed.
I specially said when I spoke tot he gentleman that I wanted them washed and the inside and outside cleaned.
Ever since the new owners the service has definitely gone down as the previous owners would not have done this at all. I have been going to this car wash for at least 20 years and have never had any problems until now. Definitely not good for customer service when the owner changes what he says nor good for business

The quality of car interior and exterior wash has declined greatly. I just left there (3.4.24 11:45am), paid $30 and my car is still muddy, both inside and out. My husband showed one guy some areas and he tried wipe, it, but one sprayed and didn't wipe off. Never again.

I just had my truck washed by Interstate. Truck was cleaned very well after a snow storm.. The towel dry was was just an extra perk.. thanks, will definitely be back

Love coming here. My kids make the biggest messes in the back seat of my car and the guys here always get my car looking and smelling like new!

I called and was able to get in at the last minute to get my husbands vehicle shampooed detail, they were super friendly although they did a decent job because I think his car was really dirty, the Carpets are great and so are the mats, the seats and all the vinyl in the vehicle definitely could be better I feel they just put a layer of armor all on the vinyl and Called It a day. I would not rush back. I guess I just expected a better job for the cost and then having his vehicle for a few hours

This is honestly one of the best places I've ever had my car washed. I highly suggest going here for a monthly inside and out cleaning. My ONLY complaint is they don't offer a monthly unlimited package. Literally the only reason it's not a five star review. I'd do a 4.9 if I could but it's not an option

Second time that I visited this place. It's the best car wash that I've been. I drove from 21 miles, about 35 mins to come here and I absolutely love this place. These guys are supper friendly and done a amazing job on my car. I'm sure I'll share this place to my friends and family.

Carol's is the best car wash in the area. The staff are always hard working and do such a wonderful job. I don't know how they can afford to do full service at such a bargain, but they do and I won't have my truck washed anywhere else. HEADS UP: employees are now able to accept tips (previously not allowed) so make sure you bring some cash. They certainly deserve it.

Easy to get into contact with, no wait, there is one guy who is a bit absurd with directions, but that is just one of all the people there. Great service for outstanding ratings. Great establishment.

I'd give it a six of five starts. Cleaned in and out. Stunned how quickly. Friendly, silent 5 take a tip. Even offered help to put a few things into the trunk after he owned it fit me. Gotta peek inside; waterfall, pacman etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
