“My car door latch was having issues and I thought I was going to have to get it replaced ($150 just for the part at the dealership). I stopped by there to see if it was something they could do. While I was waiting inside Jerry looked at it and fixed it. Then came inside to let me know it just needed to be tightened up and didn't even charge me for the time. That type of honesty is rare.
