My review is from the perspective of a worker. Evan is honestly not bad of a boss, and as a person he's great. Where my 1 star/negativity comes into play was the matter of insurance.Our agreement was that he'd pay half of the monthly amount through the insurance company his cousin works/worked at. When I did my '22 taxes, my HR Block guy told me I didn't have insurance but Obamacare--THAT NEVER HAD ANYTHING PAID TOWARDS!This cost me over 2,800 dollars. I'm no rich man, and this has continued to financially affect me.Does Evan/ARC do good work? Yes.Does Evan/ARC not care he/the corporate entity allowed a former employee to get scammed? No.My lack of commitment to putting this up is mostly from having to constantly work to pay back the government. Thanks E.P.s- I hope Old Bill and Bella are alright

Communication is A+! Evan is very professional - but also friendly, easy to talk to, and personable. He came to our office the day we first spoke, gave an estimate, and his team got the job done less than a week later. Carpets look great and we are looking forward to working with him again in the near future!

Great company, Evan came out to help us with emergency flooding remediation, that needed professional water extraction and carpet drying. Very professional and extremely prompt, courteous service. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Arc Building Solutions in the future!

I have used ARC building numerous times! The owner Evan, is pleasant to work with! Very neat and does a fantastic job. I've had both ceramic tile/grout cleaned and sealed and also carpeting cleaned!Great company, would recommend him without hesitation!I only know him through using his company. Sometimes when I read great reviews I think it's someone the person knew before. I never met him until I called for cleaning services!You will not be disappointed ! Great job today Evan!I contracted Evan to clean, wax and seal VCT "tile" floors in a church entryway and bathrooms.From start to finish, he was quick to communicate and quote, flexible with timing, and willing to make the long drive for this smaller size job.He was on time (literally showed up 1 minute before the scheduled time) and polite to the building owners. I'd hire him again!Thanks again Evan, keep up the good work ?

Evan and Jason showed up today for me when a pipe on my sump pump burst creating a flood in my basement. They were here quickly and fully explained everything that needed to be done to correct the problem. They were both very kind, professional and respectful of my home. I would absolutely recommend them very highly as they made a very stressful situation alot easier to deal with

Our 8000 square feet of VCT flooring took an absolute beating during our building renovation; scuffs, stains, oil spills, drywall dust, you name it. Evan and his brother came in to clean it, buff it, and wax it and the end result was unbelievable. All in two days and at a great price! Night and day difference, everyone comments on how great the floors look. Highly, highly recommend.
