The worst delivery service and delivery drivers! Something inexpensive shows up on time. Something expensive is always out for delivery, but don’t get delivered, or get delivered, but not on the delivery date! One or two or more days after the delivery date. I have gotten packages empty as well! Can’t call the Amazon facility in Hazel Park, have to call Amazon customer service directly. And the customer service… they can barely speak English. They Need to fire a lot of delivery drivers!

Anything that comes from the hazel park fulfillment center will always come late no matter what. Even if you pay the $2.99 for express shipping you’ll still get it days later than when you were supposed to get your package. I moved out of hazel park because that city and the police there are a complete joke and now this amazon fulfillment center is turning into a joke too. Bunch of incompetent “workers”. Hazel Park is trash.

I hate when my packages go through this facility, they never come when they’re supposed to and I’m a Prime member!!! I’ve read several reviews and people have been saying the same thing…. I asked for a refund and was told it takes 3-5 business days, then I asked if another location can ship my order an was told a future out delivery date. Amazon head quarters needs to see what the problem is at this facility!!!!!

My daughter works here. The company is good, however they really need to monitor the parking lot. I pick my daughter up 4 days out the week. As I wait in parking lot I have witnessed many accidents. Accidents that occur because instead of parking in a spot, people want to park right in front of door, which limits people moving around in parking lot safely and you have people parking illegally in handicap parking.

Very poor service I ordered something and I got it with over night delivery and when the next day came I waited for like 9 hours for it. And then I got a message on my thing saying that they tried to deliver it but no one answered. I was home all day just waiting and not one shipping company drove down my street, and I still haven't received my product yet and it's been 4 days. So I went ahead and got a refund. And anytime I see my package going to this facility I'm going to instantly cancel it.

This is a terrible place I ordered something on the 7 Sept and was to be delivered on Friday the 8th Sept. they said they tried to deliver it but there was No Secure place for my 5” by 8” small package. I have a large porch and a chair on my porch, to which Amazon Always puts my packages on!!! Someone was lazy and did not Deliver my package. No one can find it can’t get ahold of anybody to help. But they got my 51 dollars didn’t they and I can’t cancel it either… I’m pissed beyond belief!!! Terrible service!

They are absolutely horrible delivery Amazon packages on time !! Why isn’t Amazon getting this place straightened out . People pay a lot of money for Amazon prime . It’s absolutely unacceptable when you have a same day or next day delivery not to be delivered ! If this continues Amazon will start losing members !

I applied to work here. Have an interview on Friday. What I want to know is do you have to drive your own car?I applied after I had a few deliveries with my packages smelling like weed and seeing these young boys deliver with the side doors hanging open and them blasting music from the company vans with cuss words and nasty words and there are older folks and children around. How unprofessional!I want to make a difference. I want Amazon's ratings to be a 5+. I love the products and the prices. I don't love the delivery drivers. Everybody doesn't have bad manners or are unprofessional.

Packages are always late. They never follow delivery times or days for that matter. Packages constantly getting lost and being charged twice. Something has gotta be done about this. This is the only amazon delivery station that I have issues with.

If at all possible, route your packages through another facility. Every time my packages go through Hazel Park, they get lost for a couple of days or disappear. I have complained to Amazon, and they seem not to care. This is what the nature of costumer service becomes when you provide substandard service but are so big that you still make money. I ordered a package for same day delivery yesterday because I had a total knee replacement and needed an item for therapy. The item went from being delivered in the afternoon to being delivered by 10pm to being delivered by 8 am today to being held up at the facility. This is the normal course of action for this facility. Delivery is left up in the air and if it is delivered at all, it will be random because they will not even put in an update now (normal practice for this facility as well). When I talked with a representative, he told me that the delivery date is just an estimate. Perhaps Amazon should give all prime members back their money since paying for membership means nothing now. In addition, same day service that comes through Hqzek park if fraudulent and just a rouse to get you to add more items to your cart. This facility is sad, and Amazon is just getting worse by the minute. It makes me wish there were other options because I would rather give my money to a company that at least pretends to care about its customers!

Those oparetors didn’t categories packages correctly at all!!!! the categorizing something as a box but I found a lot of time it's in it's a evelop or regular white package.

That was the last time I delivered for Amazon Flex. I did a 3.5 hour route with 50 deliveries. Over 13 packages put on my route were late before I started. I received an email dropping my status for delivering these late packages put on my route. I haven't delivered since then. Today I received an email stating my deliveries this week are late. But I didn't deliver any packages. The future of working with bots. I am now deactivated. Flex doesn't care that I didn't deliver or my route started with late packages from another route. They just deactivate you. Everything happens for a reason.Yuck

I ordered over night shipping and paid the lil $2.99 fee to have it delivered between 7am-11am it's currently 4:16 in the afternoon these packages were gifts for a friend and my order time has changed 3 times from 7-11am to 4:45pm-7:45pm to 6pm-9pm and now it currently says now arriving by 10pm and from my understanding most of there 5star/4star reviews are either bots or head management tht work there I'm very disappointed in Amazon if your package ends up at hazel park just forget about it.
