Purchased a cannondale quick 4 from cannondale’s website as this was the specific bike I wanted and no one had my size in stock locally. Was given the option to have it shipped to a local bike shop. After a little research I went with Amp Bros/Continental bike shop. Patrick and his crew were incredible. They got the bike assembled right away after receiving it and did a flawless job. They called me right away after it was done and pickup at their store was a breeze. I can’t recommend them enough. These guys are everything you could possibly hope for in your local bike shop whether you have a traditional or E bike. Thanks Patrick and Amp!

Great guys . Bought 2 e bikes in 3 years. I appreciate their problems: service; sell ; answer the phones . It can be as tough for the customer as the owner. Finding experienced help even tougher so you end up doing it yourself. I've always got good direction on anything in the store and was happy with my purchase. E bikes can have issues such as a battery. Its not under warranty but you can't blame the store.

the fourth e-bike i bought from the Amp Brothers since 2012 needed some service after a year of fun rides on bumpy trails. The battery came loose and made only intermittent contact which in turn blew the motor controller. Bracing for a long wait for part orders i dropped my bike off on John R.But I was totally floored when I got a phone call next day: Motor controller was in stock and I could pick up my bike in the afternoon. This is an example of good customer service. Guess where I buy my next bike.
