“Stranded in Hastings, need transmission fluid, the two open parts stores, less than a mile away, won't deliver, their ad says they do, they don't. This towing service came to us, picked up my hubby, drove him to the parts store and back!! Life saver!! We are 64 yrs old, it's almost 90 degrees out, no way could we walk it!! I need to add...this gentleman was amazing!! He told me the cost for this help and I agreed totally! Then when he brought my husband back from the parts store and my husband was going to pay him, he said...no, we're good, you've had a hard enough day!! Who does that?? This man is wonderful!!
