This is a very nice store...First time doing business with T-Mobile, left the store very impressed with their customer service...I only have wifi with them & I'm very pleased with it so far..

Cell tower down in Nashville a few weeks ago, no internet, no cell phone calls could be placed, not even 611. Went to Hastings to the t-mobile store to get help and information or an ETA. They couldn't give us a reason, an ETA, and their suggestions to acquire different cell towers didn't work either. Maybe I shouldn't put my eggs in one basket.

I was there Sunday morning at the Hastings location and had to wait 15 minutes because the young man was helping another customer with the purchase of a phone. He did ask me what I was there for, and I told him. 15 minutes later, he said thank you for your patience and proceeded to help me. He tried to help but couldn't figure out how to change a setting on my SMS showing my text was delivered. My problem is that when he couldn't figure it out, he said, Let me go ask my boss, he will know. Wow, if someone was in the back, why would you make a customer wait 15 minutes! Unfortunately, his boss told him that the setting couldn't be changed, but I told him that my daughter and I are on the same account and that hers doesn't do that. He said there may be something wrong with the settings because the do not send delivered is off. My Galaxy S23 phone is only a few months old, and if there is something wrong with it, why wouldn't he offer to try and resolve the issue? Instead, he said to use another SMS. He said there was no way to change that setting, and I told him my sister in law has the same phone and hers does not do it. I feel there was more he could have done, but he was still helping the customer with his new phone, and another customer came in. My issue was not resolved with my new phone that was purchased at that store. I'm disappointed in the customer service provided and walked away 25 minutes later with no resolution to my problem.

Went in to trade an iPhone 8 Plus. Associate offered me a home button with the upgrade and I explained I used the phone for reading and wanted the plus. I was sold the 14, no plus. When I called them on it the next day, they said they’d give me the plus with a restocking fee. I said no thank you, let me speak with your manager. I was told they would call me back. I have yet to receive a phone call. I would rate the customer service as a zero.
