Great carwash for my f150. The young man took so much extra time to get the bird and bug evidence off my windsheild and front end - washed the whole truck by hand with sprayers and brush before ever going through the auto washer. Wish I could remember his name. Kind of 20 yr old who cares about his job and doing it well and could look you in the eye and act like he was glad to serve you. Where did spotless find this guy? Pretty rare. Thanks! I'll be back.
I'm wondering if the dryer might not be at its best because it did leave some drops on the side windows. Spots? Nope. Pretty much spotless...

Worst carwash place ever! Their name is a joke. My car isn't spotless, just the opposite. It left soap spots all over my car. I went back through the lane to wash it again and ended up with the same results. I purchased the gold wash which is supposed to include hand rim cleaner, bug spray remover, and triple foam. I received none of those things both times. I had to get home, so I thought I would call and talk to the manager about it. Their phone goes directly to voicemail, and the voice mailbox is full.

I get the monthly charge,unlimited wash at any time in the month. It serves me well, keeps the dirt,salt,grime,and anything else off the car.
Does a better than average job.

I called ahead asking for the cost of an oil change. I was told $29.99 The bill was $48.62. I asked about the huge difference in price. I was told the $29.99 was just to change the oil but still had to pay for the oil, pay for a shop fee, whatever that is, and then the assumed tax. I should have been told $45.98 to start with so I could go elsewhere. They got me to go there once but that was the first and last time. I didn’t argue but I won’t go back and neither should you. They might get the message if there are no return customers.
