“I had purchased my first IPhone after only having an android. There was an odd glitch causing a few of my contacts that use androids, to be able to receive my texts from my iPhone, however, when they replied back, their texts went to my old android. I was in the store for approximately 3 hours, while Matt was being bounced back and forth on the phone trying to resolve the issue. He had to explain the issue over and over again. He was so patient; and determined to fix the issue. It did end up being resolved. I just want to say thank you for being persistent! You have a very knowledgeable employee in Matt.”
