“The people at this store are, hands down, the definition of peak customer service. All wireless carriers suck. So its just a matter of choosing which kind of headache you want. But if you have to pick one, pick the one with actual human beings who not only know what they’re doing but are willing to go the extra mile to make your life less painful.

Catelyn and Jaden were phenomenal. I came in expecting the usual hour-plus slog of switching carriers, fighting with automated menus, and trying to remember passwords I haven’t used in five years, but they just took care of everything. They even handled the entire nightmare call with AT&T’s customer “care” (and I use that word loosely, because they don’t dont care worth a damn about us) so I didn’t have to lose brain cells listening to hold music, vague apologies, and the prerequisite thirty minutes of them trying to get you to keep their godawful service.

While I was waiting, I watched them help an older gentleman through every step of updating a flip phone — like, actual step-by-step instructions, in writing, so their family could help later. No eye-rolls. No shortcuts. Just calm, clear explanations. I’ve never seen that kind of patience or willingness in retail before. If you’re genuinely trying to get set up, or make a change, or fix something that matters, they will absolutely show up for you. That just not something you will find online. And you ESPECIALLY won’t get it from stupid PoS care hotline. Frankly, you probably won’t get it at most other stores. This one? This one’s built different.”
